Born—8/8/2003

This handsome fellow is “Buddy”.  He is our bred by male from  ASCA CH Stormy Lee’s Touchstone Rose and sired by CH Countrywoods Take Charge Sarge CD, STDs. Buddy is a very striking red tri and is a moderate male as the breed standard states.  Buddy is a very serious and loyal dog.  Buddy’s sire,  Sarge, was the first Aussie to be a CH CD in AKC.  Sarge also was pictured in an AKC calendar and in some Aussie books.   I chose this sire for my Rosie due to his amazing structure and personality with the brains and loving ways were the best.  Sarge is owned and bred by Sunday Miles of Countrywoods, …Sarge is sadly gone from us now at age 16 yrs.

In Tennessee, our kennel worker, Brittany, loved and played with Buddy and handled.  When Buddy was young, Brittany showed him a few times and took 2 RWD.  Brittany kept Buddy with her for a year after we moved to Colorado and did 4H Obedience with him.  When Brittany was entering college, I had Buddy shipped home.

Buddy was 3 yrs old when he came to Colorado.  He was in perfect shape and had a great attitude.  He was so glad to see us again, but I know he loved Brittany.
