This sweet girl was our first Aussie, at 8 wks old, she was a dream to live with, very smart, played the “cop” of the group later on in her life, could herd up to 20 head of horses by herself and never over ran them, never got herself kicked and they respected her.  Our children grew up with her, she played many games of soccer goalie, play “bounce the ball back”, or catch the ball, slept with the kids, and was a great mother, and babysitter of any.  We lost Shawnee one morning on her bed she laid, gone, but always still with us, she was 16 plus at the time.  She lives in our hearts and children’s hearts she will be remembered.
